1. Delivery

We deliver e-bikes and accessories throughout Bulgaria and selected EU countries.

2. Delivery Time

Orders processing time 1-2 business days. Delivery within Bulgaria 1–3 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.                                   

4. Tracking and Confirmation

Notification email will be sent  once order is dispatched.

5. Damaged Packages

Report damaged or missing packages within 24 hours to info@mysykkel.com with photographic evidence.
